Your feedback - Our response

In late 2017 we surveyed a number of patients and asked for their feedback about our services and there experience attending Romsey and Lancefield Medical. Our team was thrilled to receive such fabulous feedback and is keen to address any issues you identified. The top 3 areas identified for improvement were:

~The cost of visiting the practice are acceptable

~I was informed of the costs when something extra was needed.

~Everything ran on time and I didn’t have to wait long.

How we have responded:

~We now provide our community with access to bulk billing services, in addition to our usual private billing service. Please request an appointment with the bulk billing GP, or discuss any cost issues with your GP.

~GPs and Staff will discuss all possible options and costs with you. Please ask one of our friendly reception staff or your GP if you are uncertain about costs – A brochure is available.

~We will always let you know how many people are waiting before you when you arrive. If your GP is running exceptionally late we will call you and let you know. In 2018 our new system will allow us to send you SMS reminders and information.
