Romsey Medical Centre, Stawell Street Upgrade works

Macedon Ranges Shire Council have contracted Pendergast Engineering to undertake a road and pathways construction project in Stawell Street, Romsey (in front of Romsey Medical Centre). This includes:
Resurfacing the Road
Reconstruction of the footpath between Main Road and the Medical Centre.
Construction of a road crossing at the Main Road end of Stawell Street.
This project will take place from MONDAY 12th MAY through to FRIDAY 20th JUNE.
The project will involve significant disruption to the day-to-day access to the Romsey Medical Centre
During this period only patients with disability or need assistance and ambulances will be given access to park in the Romsey Medical Centre Car Park. Pendergast Engineering site controllers will manage access to the car park. All other patients will need to park in either Main Street or Pohlman Street.
Pendergast Engineering have advised that there will be pedestrian access to the Medical Centre at all times.
